Haye and Chisora Rumoured to be Fighting…Again
The rumour in boxing circles is that David Haye and Dereck Chisora will settle their feud in the ring on July 14th at Upton Park. It appears that where there is a will and of course lots of money involved, then there is a way around the licensing issues that were thought to have killed the prospect of a blockbuster showdown between the two Heavyweight rivals.
Chisora was banned by the British Boxing Board of Control following his conduct when he challenged Vitali Klitschko for the WBC Heavyweight title in Munich. His actions during fight week managed to offend many neutral observers, but added to his notoriety. The infamous press conference brawl with Haye served as an appetizer for what will surely be a sell-out in the UK.
